For the price, the rooms are perfectly adequate. Mine was clean, including the bathroom, and had a microwave and fridge. I had nothing to complain about. Maybe some of the bad reviews come from competing motel owners.

Dirty, dated, and disgusting. The manager is mean and greedy, and the property was a disappointment. There were absolutely no amenities, the cleaning staff didn’t seem knowledgeable, and the price was way too high.

They take advantage of veterans who come to the area by bus for treatment at the VA. This place should be shut down.
