Miss Shannon and the rest of the WoodSpring Suites staff have been so friendly, kind, and helpful. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and very clean, and everyone treats you with respect. Great people and a welcoming feel. Thanks for making it feel like home!

I've stayed at this location twice before and at other WoodSpring properties, and those visits went well. This time was a major disappointment. On the last day of my week-long stay, housekeeping knocked loudly more than an hour before the 11 a.m. checkout and woke me from a deep sleep before a planned 12-hour drive. I reminded them checkout was at 11. They said they were checking whether I was staying another night, though two housekeepers were there with a cleaning cart. It felt like they were trying to hurry me out. A little later, while I was in the shower, someone knocked again. I answered soaking wet, and the general manager, Kelly, scolded me for being “disrespectful” to housekeeping. I hadn't yelled or cursed. I was firm because they'd woken me well before checkout. Kelly then yelled at me to “get out,” even though I was a paying guest entitled to stay until checkout. Kelly said “company policy” allowed them to knock 30 minutes before checkout, but this happened about 90 minutes early. She refused to show me the policy in writing, and Corporate later confirmed it isn't WoodSpring policy. In the hallway, a housekeeping staff member openly mocked and laughed at me. Kelly did nothing, even though she said she doesn't tolerate disrespect. The whole thing was intrusive, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Guests should be able to stay in their rooms until checkout without being harassed. Kelly did apologize when I checked out, but it was much too late. I won't return to this location, and maybe not to WoodSpring at all unless someone above the GM addresses this. WoodSpring, do better.

The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. It was also only 10 minutes from my job while I was looking for an apartment. I stayed a full month, and even after I found my apartment I kept staying at the hotel until the last day was up. Every staff member was kind, accommodating, and went out of their way to help. I'll add their names later. Thank you to everyone at WoodSpring Suites Lebanon. I hope upper management sees this, because I can't praise the team enough!

It was a good stay. This was my first time at an extended-stay hotel, for a work trip, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Shannon especially helped me with anything that came up.
