We stopped here during holiday travel and the rooms looked nice and clean, but the shower water was only lukewarm. When I asked the front desk, he checked the water in our room and apologized, saying it would be better the next time we stayed. We asked for a different room and were told no. I called Choice Hotels, but they said nothing could be done until we checked out. After we checked out, the manager said he’d fixed the water and it was hot. Too late, there won’t be a next time. Hot water should be available and not restricted to that point. Do better so people can have proper hygiene.

The location felt too far from Nashville for me, but the staff made my short trip worth it. The front desk, maintenance, and kitchen were all wonderful, Chef’s 💋. Everyone was beyond exceptional and very polite. They were firm about their policies, but in a way that made you respect their position and how they treated everyone equally. Thanks, everyone! It takes a village 😉!

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were professional, kind, polite, and accommodating. The gentleman working in the kitchen in the morning was especially hospitable. He prepared the food, and it was hot, fresh, and fully stocked.

We found this as a halfway stop on our trip from Tx to Va, and it was a great find. It’s pet friendly, with an indoor pool, a comfortable room, and plenty of hot water for showers. The microwave and fridge were handy, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was a great hot meal.

Everything else was fine, but the water didn’t get hot for my shower and the AC wouldn’t cool. The gentleman who handled breakfast went above and beyond, and the breakfast was definitely a bang. It was clean too.
