We stayed Thursday through Saturday. The pool was nice, and the location was convenient, with lots of food places nearby and easy interstate access. But the room smelled really bad, and the showerhead wasn’t clean. On checkout day, a few minutes before 11A checkout, housekeeping came into our room for the bedding while we were nearly packed. We’d left only trip essentials in the room, including a wallet. After we took our child to enjoy the pool before leaving, the wallet was missing. It went missing after housekeeping left with the bedding. The price is cheap, but the room and facility weren’t being cleaned properly. When we raised the missing wallet with the office, we got the runaround, just as we suspected. It still hasn’t turned up, and the hotel hasn’t called, even though we left our name, number, and a description of the lost item. I don’t recommend staying here.

My husband and I were just passing through on a road trip, and we won’t stay here again. The clerk was rude and didn’t even greet us at the window. There was no room service and no breakfast. It’s only a place to quickly lay your head and leave the next day.

After days of travel, we were exhausted and stopped for the night. We should’ve checked the reviews. The conventional breakfast was provided, but our first room was disheveled and smelled stale and mildewy. The lampshades were broken, the curtains were torn and hanging off the wall, with black duct tape holding them up. The furniture was outdated, and the linens, pillows, and mattresses were yellow stained. It looked like a smoking room, and the sheets had cigarette burns. When we looked more closely, we found bed bugs. We called the front desk right away and got another room. It smelled better and we didn’t see bugs around the mattress. It looked better overall, though it still had many of the same issues as the first room. After one night, we woke with itchy torsos from bed bug bites. We paid $189 for two nights and left covered in an itchy mess.

The place was clean, but some of the other guests were loud and kind of rude. One guy kept staring at me like I was his last meal.
