Super 8 Lebanon

The staff were friendly, but the remodeling hasn’t made the stay any less frustrating. The drains didn’t work, and the shower swung between scalding and ice cold. We could hear the man next door coughing and hacking all night, and the beds were uncomfortable.

I paid $124 for a miserable stay at the Super 8 in Lebanon. When I pulled back the sheets, I found hair and fleas. The front desk brought clean sheets, but I had to change the bed myself. I got itchy once I lay down and had bites on my back. They moved me to a room where the TV didn’t work. Since I’m local, they won’t compensate me, and after I’d been trying to catch management since Saturday, he offered just $24. Now he’s never there when I come by to collect it.

We found this to be a great stop on our drive to Texas. The room was cozy, clean, and smelled nice, and the person at the front desk was very accommodating. The price was great too, with a free hot breakfast included.

After traveling for 12 hours, we were turned away because of our pets and left without a place to stay. I had personally checked in before and verbally confirmed that pets were accepted. This time, the clerk went back and forth about the policy and even quoted extra charges before ultimately refusing us. I haven’t contacted Super 8 directly to get a clearer answer.
