The location worked perfectly for why I was there, and housekeeping kept the room clean. The rooms aren't especially modern, and I really don't like carpet in hotel rooms. Last time I stayed, parking was free. Now it's $10 a night, which is a bummer.

Everything was very, very clean, and the stay was pleasant. Parking was convenient too. Breakfast was okay, though the coffee was lukewarm and the oatmeal was extra thick and lukewarm as well. The rooms feel small because of the layout. The bathroom sits right at the foot of the bed, behind a sliding door with frosted glass. Turning on the light at night let it shine through and woke my husband. Not an ideal design.

We nearly always stay here when we're in KC. There's a lot to do nearby, and the location is great. The rooms are very nice, and breakfast is really good. The opaque bathroom door is a little odd.

Parking was easy, and the facilities were spotless. The staff really made the place stand out. We arrived after midnight and were still greeted with a smile. We stayed four days, and Tanya was especially helpful. She arranged extra nights and shared local recommendations, always cheerfully. Great choice.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, but I won't stay at this location again. Weekends bring lots of sports teams, and I was surprised the hotel let them have informal celebrations and rallies into the evening. It got very loud and woke my whole family while we were trying to sleep before an early departure.
