The mattress in the Belle Brezing room was really comfortable, and our room in this historic home was quiet, clean, and comfortably furnished. Breakfast was delicious too. We picked the property because it’s close to University of Kentucky and Transylvania University, both an easy walk down the street. We’d definitely stay again.

Anton was a lovely host, around the property and quick to answer questions or offer guidance. Our room was well kept, with the usual basics like a mini fridge and hair dryer. There’s a Keurig and kettle in the dining area all day and night. The old town charm is a lovely change in a mixed, modern city, and it’s a fantastic place for a weekend in Lexington. The main road is just down the street, with lots of food and bars in walking distance, plus Rupp Arena. It felt totally safe, though make sure to lock your car at night, city smarts 101.

The staff were amazing and breakfast was delicious. Still, being an older B&B, I ended up removing three spiders from my room, and found another in my bag once I got home. The ice machine was hard to find, and snacks were a bit far from the closest place to get them.

Anton was a wonderful host, and I wish we’d planned to stay longer. The house is beautiful, and you can tell it’s cared for with real pride. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfy, and breakfast was delicious. I’d highly recommend it and would book again if I’m ever in Lexington.

We stayed in the beautiful Bluegrass Suite, which was clean and comfortable, like the rest of the home. Anton made check in easy and made us feel right at home. The gorgeous house and courtyard caught our eye as soon as we arrived. He also made us a wonderful breakfast. The location was great for walking to dinner and nearby events. We can’t wait to come back for another much needed, relaxing and refreshing getaway ❤️
