Crossland Economy Studios - Lexington - Patchen Village

I lived here for a couple of years, and the maintenance guys were awesome. They always took care of any issue. The office staff are amazing too, especially MS. Cindy, who’s always helpful and goes above and beyond for tenants. I highly recommend cowgill properties. They take pride in their communities.

This place has gone downhill a lot, and the parking is a complete joke. They’ll tow your vehicle even if you live here and have a sticker on the window. They act like they need a tow truck, but there are always plenty of empty spots. Nobody wants to stay here, but it beats the streets.

I’ve been here three years and it’s been mostly great. The spaces are small, but you can make them cozy, and the price is good. Brian and the management team take care of things promptly. Most of the neighbors are considerate. I’d definitely recommend it for the price.

There’s a nice area for walking dogs, and you generally can’t hear your neighbors. The building has secured doors, which is a plus for women living alone. Apartments are well maintained, and staff are easy to reach and quick to respond. A perfect place if you don’t have much stuff.
