We were in town for a wedding and got a corner room on the fourth floor. It was spotless and roomy, with a lovely view, a comfortable bed, soft sheets, and a huge shower. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh melon and berries, and the coffee was great too. At $20 per person, though, it felt pricey. My husband and I still really enjoyed staying here.

Sherman at the front desk was fantastic during a hectic weekend. He helped us get our bearings around both the hotel and downtown. The staff's attention and the care they put into the property were just as impressive as the location.

We were celebrating a birthday on January 2, and at about 9:45 PM we had a really uncomfortable encounter with hotel security in the lobby. We often eat and celebrate at Infinity Sky Bar and have never had trouble here before. We were quietly taking a few photos and short videos of ourselves in a corner, without bothering anyone. Two guards came over, one saying he was the “head,” and acted in an intimidating way. They said photos and videos weren't allowed and that we'd be escorted out if we kept going. They didn't explain any policy, and there were no signs posted about it. The whole exchange felt unnecessary and unprofessional. The way they spoke to us made us feel unwelcome and took away from what had always been a positive experience. I hope management looks at how guests are treated and how any such rules are explained.

Everyone was so nice, and breakfast being included was a real treat. I loved my stay. This place feels a cut above the usual hotel. Parking costs extra, though, and I wasn't happy about that.
