We needed somewhere to stay while waiting for approval for our housing, and manager Sherry has been generous and helpful. She booked us into the computer for up to two months, or longer if we need it, and kept the same rate we paid online to help us out. My family and I have really enjoyed staying here. We're thankful to the management and staff for helping when we need it and making us more comfortable.

The cigarette smell was so strong I could barely breathe, so if you have any kind of respiratory illness, don't stay here. I booked two nights but checked out as soon as I found somewhere else. I tried contacting management several times and got no compensation for the second night. I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid this place like the plague.

The service is terrible, and I would not recommend staying here at all. They never answer the phone, and the housekeeper doesn't come to do her job. Even when she doesn't show up, she doesn't knock to ask whether anything needs cleaning or whether we need anything. When someone finally answers a service call, they say housekeeping has left for the day, and it's only around noon. If I could give zero stars for service, I would!

The night guy Nate was rude and wouldn't even get out of his chair to help, just rolled around in it. He threw the keys at me. He was also talking loudly to other people about his girlfriend having an EPO against him because he'd pulled a gun on her. I felt unsafe.
