We arrived after midnight, exhausted after traveling from out of state, and found a filthy room. There was food and debris along the walls, grime on the walls, urine down the front of the toilet, hair and dirt in the tub, a dirty sink, and a shower curtain that looked as if it had never been changed. We hadn't inspected the room after our quick check-in, which was a big mistake. My girlfriend used a whole tub of Clorox wipes so we could sleep, and we took photos and video. We didn't go to the desk that night because it was so late and we were tired. We reported it first thing in the morning. The desk attendant had an attitude, came up to look, and tried for five minutes to fix the fridge, which was filthy and dripping water. She said she'd move us this time but that we should have said something the night before. The second room wasn't much better: the bathroom was just as dirty, the sink leaked badly when we turned on the water, and the refrigerator didn't work. We had already put food in it and had to throw away $58 worth. We were on a schedule for things we came from Iowa to do in Missouri and Kansas, so we bought more Clorox wipes and cleaned that room ourselves too. If we'd had time to find somewhere else, we would have. I've never complained or left a review before, but this place gives Baymont a bad name. I think we should be reimbursed for the stay and the food we couldn't eat. Never again.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, and the sheets were stained and dirty. The front desk attendant was very nice and let us switch rooms. Even so, I wouldn't stay here again.

Our room was very clean, and the service was great. Guest services happily kept our birthday cake refrigerated until checkout. Thanks, y'all.

Sandy made this stay for me. She was so sweet and helpful, always quick and professional whenever I had a question, and really went above and beyond. The room was a good size, clean, and easy to check into. Even though it was pet friendly, there was no leftover fur or smell, and my dog had plenty of grassy space for bathroom breaks. The beds were super comfortable, and the blankets didn't have that usual scratchy hotel feel. The shower and tub pressure was low. The night guy, whose name I can't remember, was willing to check and tell me when maintenance could take a look. My kids didn't seem to mind that they couldn't take a bath. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.
