Back in July through September, this hotel seemed well managed and the staff appeared to care. Now the place is very dirty, and it feels like management only cares about money, not guests. The front desk service has really gone downhill. Loretta, the dark-toned woman, and Courtney both had awful attitudes, seemed bothered by guests, and weren't helpful. I also felt they were thieves. It's sad to see the hotel decline, and I wish the old management and team were back. I can't recommend it or see myself returning unless major changes are made.

I was traveling alone to visit a friend near Dayton in March 2025 and wanted somewhere I could feel safe. This place made me comfortable. It was very clean and a little out of the way, with food, shops, and Walmart nearby. The parking lot was empty when I arrived, and I specifically wanted a hotel where you enter the room from an indoor hallway. The service and convenience here delivered, and they had continental breakfast at the time. I'll stay here on my next visit to the area.

I prefer this hotel in Liberty, TX to anywhere else in town. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the building exterior and parking lot are well kept. The staff are friendly and attentive. Dallas, I think she's the manager, is terrific and always takes time to help. Her kindness sets a welcoming tone throughout the place. Keep it up!

This was the worst stay I've ever had. I paid over $500 for two nights, and they charged me a deep-cleaning fee after apparently going in and messing up the room. Take pictures before you leave.
