I’m asking for a full refund and a prompt response from management. My family paid for a stay expecting clear information, a clean room, and reasonable service, and none of that happened. The room was on the fourth floor, but no one told us before charging us and assigning it that the elevator was completely out of service. With two small children, elevator access was a necessity. If I’d known beforehand, I could have decided whether to stay. The room itself was in poor condition: the tub was dirty, the carpet smelled unpleasant, and the cleanliness wasn’t what I expect from a Marriott property. The combination of the inaccessible floor and room condition made the trip so stressful that I had to cut it short and go back to Massachusetts with my children, causing financial hardship and major inconvenience. We checked in at about 9 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026. The front desk staff greeted us pleasantly, but when I asked to speak to the manager, no one arranged a meeting during our stay. I’ve called at least five times since and keep being told the manager is unavailable. I still haven’t received a callback, explanation, apology, or acknowledgment.

For a quick overnight near the airport, this was a solid $95 stay. I arrived well after midnight after a delayed flight, and the service was excellent. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and functional, though a little dated. It would work well for a family of four, and I appreciated the no-smoking, no-party atmosphere and the effective air conditioner. There were two free bottles of water waiting, which was especially welcome since I was tired and thirsty. The shower had great pressure, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were already there. I’d booked a king but got two queens instead. As a solo business traveler, I wanted to unwind in bed, but the TV faced the couch, so I ended up watching on my phone. I also expected a snack shop or small marketplace at an airport hotel, but there were only a couple of refrigerated Coke displays. The beds were extremely firm, and I woke up nearly every hour because I was uncomfortable. I prefer plush mattresses, so that was my biggest issue. If you like a firm bed, it may suit you, but I wouldn’t choose it for multiple nights. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member, and I’d recommend this place for a one-night airport stop, thanks to its quiet rooms, price, service, and shower amenities.

It was nice to land somewhere familiar after trying Marriott’s newer Aloft and CitizenM concepts aimed at Gen Z. SpringHill Suites had a good-sized room, a comfy couch, desk space, microwave, and fridge, plus two bottles of water waiting. The front desk was quick and efficient, and parking and the airport shuttle were free. They even had plastic silverware when my delivery from #Quickway Hibachi arrived without any.

This is my regular spot for a little weekend break. The rooms are always clean, with no stains on the sheets or hair and dust around. Brandon and Stephany usually check me in, and they’re amazing, kind, and really care about great hospitality. Everyone here is great. I recommend staying.

The shuttle came often and worked great, and the front desk was quick and helpful. Breakfast was free, so I can’t complain much: egg bites, sausage patties, and make-your-own waffles. The guests were an interesting crowd, though. There were strong marijuana smells and women in skimpy bikinis walking around the lobby while blasting music from a Bluetooth speaker. I know that isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it made for a rough crowd.
