I prepaid through Agoda for a 21-night, non-refundable stay more than a month ahead. At check-in, the front desk said the hotel only accepted reservations up to 14 nights and required a 24-hour gap before returning. They initially wouldn’t honor the booking or even change it to 14 nights unless I contacted Agoda myself. After a lengthy call, Agoda persuaded the hotel to check me in for all 21 nights. During my stay, the policy reportedly became even stricter, with a 7-night maximum and a required 72-hour gap. Yet the hotel still appeared on Agoda, Booking and other platforms as available for stays of 21 or more consecutive nights. That mismatch puts guests with prepaid bookings at clear risk. After checkout, I complained through Wyndham’s corporate website, but the response didn’t address the issue and instead told me to contact the OTA. The hotel sets the length-of-stay policy, while those same long stays remain bookable online. The hot buffet breakfast was surprisingly good for this price level, though some items occasionally ran out. During the check-in dispute, the front desk staff weren’t particularly welcoming, but they did let me use their phone to call Agoda. The first room assigned was one of the hotel’s smallest, based on the layout and evacuation plans. After the hot water stopped working, I was moved to a larger, nicer room. In very cold January weather, though, its heating/AC unit didn’t regulate the temperature properly. It was too hot when on and very cold when off. The facilities are acceptable for the price, but I’m seriously concerned about whether the hotel will honor long, prepaid OTA bookings and whether its stated policy matches what’s available online. P.S. After your response, I’m even more puzzled. Wyndham's own website allows reservations of 21 or more nights, directly contradicting the policy shown in my photo. Will you honor my reservation for more than 7 nights next time I show up?

We’d rate our stay 3.8/5. The room setup was functional, comfortable, and well organized, and we were impressed with it. But there was a noticeable cigarette smoke smell whenever we walked toward the elevator, and at certain times of day the outer door wouldn’t let us back into the building. The room itself was great. The common area maintenance and building entry security need attention.

We appreciated being able to leave our car at the hotel while we were away on our trip for a very reasonable fee. The front desk staff were kind, and our shuttle driver was very pleasant for the early trip. The hotel worked great for us.

Roaches were visibly present in the room, so I checked in and was forced to check out within the same hour. It was unfit for occupancy, even for my worst enemy. I’ve attached photo evidence. Management denied a refund solely because I booked through Priceline, and offered no resolution. The room condition is concerning, but so is the hotel’s refusal to take responsibility. This is a health and safety issue, not just a matter of preference or inconvenience. Hotels have an obligation to provide habitable accommodations regardless of booking method. Keeping a guest’s money after providing an uninhabitable room is indefensible. I’m posting this publicly to inform future guests and give ownership a chance to address it appropriately. I expect management or ownership to reach out and resolve the matter. Until then, I strongly recommend avoiding this property, especially when booking through a third-party platform.
