Getting on and off the major roads was easy, and the price was very reasonable, much lower than other hotels nearby. Our room was clean, as were the towels and sheets. The staff were attentive and courteous. Great value for the money.

The room stayed cool even with the heat turned up to 72 degrees, and cool air kept coming out. There also wasn’t any coffee pot or coffee packet in the room. The small bar of bathroom soap had already been opened and looked used.
At check-in they told me the two-bed, non-smoking room I’d booked had water damage, so they were moving me to a one-bed smoking room. That couldn’t work for two of us traveling for business, and I have asthma, so I can’t be around smoke. The front desk woman said I could cancel, but I’d need to handle it through Expedia. Expedia couldn’t get the cancellation approved because the hotel wouldn’t answer the phone. I ended up paying for two nights I never stayed. The customer service was horrible.
The staff understood our situation and treated us with real compassion. They went well beyond what they had to do, supplying what we needed or telling us where to find it. The inn itself was clean and updated, with comfortable beds and linens, fresh absorbent towels, hot water and strong pressure. The huge lobby, fireplace, and stairs were beautiful. I wish every hotel stay were this good, travel would be so much more enjoyable.
It’s a decent hotel, kind of out on its own. Breakfast was okay. Just know pets cost an extra $50 a night.
