The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice, but I wouldn’t pay more than double what other hotels charge for what we got. Breakfast was far below what we’ve had elsewhere, and there were problems with the toilet. No one on site could fix it. I chose this hotel because the picture showed a hot tub, but there isn’t one anymore. They should update the photo and take a look at what other hotels offer for breakfast. The desk clerk offered us a second-floor room, but there’s no elevator and we couldn’t carry our suitcases upstairs.

For the price, it was clean enough to meet the minimum, and the beds were comfortable with well cared for linens. The pool was warm, but there was no hot tub. There were no bugs, either. The old furniture was damaged, apart from the mattresses, and the room fridge barely kept things cold. The bathroom was terrible, with loose wiring in the light fixture. Overnight staff were busy on personal calls and didn’t help much when the bathroom light quit working. Day staff were more helpful. Breakfast was so-so: no oatmeal toppings or brown sugar, no hard-boiled eggs, and the omelet had peppers. No waffle makers, either.

Please save yourself the time and money and stay somewhere else. My first room smelled of cigarettes and mildew, with brown stains on the shower curtain and sheets and lots of hair throughout the room. There was hair in the shower, on the sheets, and on the pillowcases. I told staff and they moved me to a room that was just as disgusting, maybe worse. I asked for a refund so I could change hotels. They said I could “possibly” get one and gave me the manager’s name and number, but I never heard back. I called and left messages multiple times, got the runaround, and eventually gave up. These rooms were absolutely disgusting.

The pool area was okay and the water temperature was fine, but the room itself was rough. The drains barely worked, the carpet was dirty, the tub had brown stains, and the heating and air-conditioning unit was filthy and dusty. We checked in at 11 pm and heard a lot of loud noise upstairs. The front desk said construction should have stopped at 8 o’clock. We booked a king bed for two adults, but at check-in they insisted we had two queens for two adults and a child. I showed the confirmation email with what we’d booked, and the clerk still said their records showed something else. The website also advertised a hot tub, but there was absolutely none. The pool room wasn’t warm, and breakfast was okay but could’ve been much better.
