The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and there’s breakfast included. It’s a good budget option, with a store just a short walk away. The stay was pleasant, but it definitely feels like a budget hotel. Paint was peeling, the walls were thin enough that we heard people talking outside and in nearby rooms, and the room layout felt thrown together. I’ll probably only book here again if I’m in a bind.

The mattress was uncomfortable and seemed thin, with what felt like a flat wooden plank underneath. Sitting on it, I sank right down to the plank. The pillows didn’t help much, though they weren’t as bad as the mattress. The internet didn’t work during our whole stay. I didn’t contact the front desk, but none of our four devices could connect. Breakfast was the same all three days. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great, and I would have liked more variety. The location was very nice, right next to Target and the mall. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for all four of us.

My wife, newborn, and I didn’t feel welcome, and nobody apologized for the problems with authorizations or transactions. I’d been having issues since I arrived. General Manager Sarah seemed unaware, though the new employee Tory Tory was trying her best and had been left without proper training. After I tried to explain what was going on, the G.M. passed me off to someone else, walked away, then came back and retaliated by threatening my wife about her work status. I’m a United States Marine, and many Veterans come here. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Front desk Derrick Assist GM did the best he could.

This place sucks! If there’s a stain on the pillowcases, they’ll keep your deposit. Don’t color your hair or get your hair colored and then lie on the bed!
