The staff were very friendly and helpful, and housekeeping cleaned thoroughly. They work hard to keep the inside and outside tidy, security keeps an eye on the cars overnight, and they even removed rats from the parking lot. I didn't see any pests in the hotel during my four-day stay. There are lots of homeless people around the hotel, but they didn't bother us and the area felt very safe. For California, where the cost of living is extremely high, with average rent in the area at $4,000 a month and homes close to $1 million, this place is affordable. It'll be my go-to when I stay in Los Angeles. Please keep this same staff.

I felt really safe here, and the price and location made the stay even better. The place runs smoothly, and the rooms have met my expectations on both visits, which means a lot because I'm always worried hotels will be dirty. Everyone was incredibly kindhearted, from the front desk to breakfast staff and parking security. I was delighted with all of them. Probably the best hotel I've stayed at. I could say so many good things about it and would recommend it to anyone.

The room was quiet all night, the bed was comfortable, and our car was safe. Everything we could need was in the room, and it was very clean. Breakfast was great too. We had an awesome stay. Thanks to the staff!

The location worked really well for us. We could get to just about anything we wanted to do without driving more than 20-25 minutes in any direction. Our parking got a bit messed up and we lost the upfront handicap spot, so we had to park behind the garage via an alley entrance. It all worked out in the end. The rooms were really nice, with huge TVs on swivel mounts. Once the others in the bed in front of the TV fell asleep, I could swing it over and take it for myself.

The rooms were clean, and the shower was warm and comfortable. I stayed for two days, and both stays were great. There’s a free, good breakfast, a mini snack bar, and really nice staff. Awesome hotel!
