Awful place, I don’t recommend it. The setup wasn’t made clear to us, and when we arrived we realized we’d be sharing the place with other people. People park in your space whenever they arrive, so parking isn’t respected. It’s also really uncomfortable to park in the rooms. You can hear everything, and there’s no privacy. For this price, there are hotels.

If you have a disability, they don’t tell you that you’ll have to climb stairs to the common area and then more stairs to reach your room. There’s no elevator, and they won’t refund you if you can’t manage the stairs. They’re rude and stop answering calls once they’ve been paid. Parking was cramped and awful, and the area outside isn’t good. I think they pay people to leave good reviews. Horrible place.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was a complete SCAM. The listing didn’t mention that we’d be sharing space with a stranger, which is what we found when we arrived. When I objected to the owners trying to charge my card for somewhere to stay, despite never telling me or Expedia about extra fees, they shut the door, kept me there, and tried to fight me while my family was with me. I wish I’d read the REAL reviews first. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE ❗️❗️❗️ My birthday weekend in Cali, on my first visit, turned into a disaster as soon as we got to the location. The owner was very rude and only communicated through text. The room wasn’t what we’d asked for, paid for, or been shown, so we left right away. They refused to give us any kind of refund. DO NOT STAY HERE ❗️❗️❗️
