Elaine is such a delight, and the rooms are cute, roomy, and each has its own bathroom. The house sits conveniently between Hollywood and Sunset Boulevard. We’d happily stay again and definitely recommend Elaine’s.

It’s a quiet, pleasant walk from here down to Hollywood Boulevard and the TCL theater district. The hostess was very nice, and the room was comfortable. We enjoyed our time here and plan to come back.

Free parking and a delicious breakfast were great perks, and Elaine was a wonderful host. The room was really nice, with a comfortable bed, and the location made it easy to explore LA. Thanks for a great stay, we’d love to return :)

After a busy day in LA, it was lovely to come back to such a calm house, even with the Walk of Fame within walking distance. Elaine was kind and attentive, and the spacious rooms had thoughtful details. Breakfast was a 10/10, with plenty to choose from: cereal, fruit, yogurts, cheese, fresh pastries, breads, and more. Our best experience of the trip.

Elaine was incredibly friendly during our 3-night stay. The B&B was a great base for different activities, and we enjoyed being there. Our rooms were spacious, beautiful, and clean.
