I've lived at Met lofts for over two years, and the whole staff has done a great job. I haven't needed maintenance often, but when I have, they responded quickly and efficiently. Assistant manager, Sereth Salas, has been warm, punctual, and helpful throughout my stay. I've felt lucky to rely on her expertise. The concierges, Yassir, Omarion and Mya, all go out of their way to keep the building running smoothly, and it's always nice to be greeted by such kind people. Property manager, Amber Reyes, has also been a pleasure, and I'm grateful for all the time she's taken to help me.

The power went out at 11:52PM on July 25 2025, just after I'd come home with groceries and put them away. The entire building's hallways were pitch black, and I bought groceries for them to spoil. Thanks, Met Lofts! I've lived at Met Lofts for two years, paying $3800 in rent for a one-bedroom, not including parking. For that price, it really isn't worth it. Management comes into units every month, supposedly to check smoke detectors, and it feels like a major invasion of privacy. The building is poorly maintained: dirty floors, disgusting exterior windows, a treadmill that breaks every other week, Amazon lockers broken for months, and elevators that are always down. The freight elevator has been out for over a month. It feels like they won't hire proper cleaners. My HVAC has never worked properly and is basically just a fan. Maintenance requests haven't fixed it. The dishwasher looks like it's from 2002, and when my bathroom sink drain got stuck, they removed the cover and never put it back. Sloppy work. They seem more concerned with ticketing guest parking than safety. I was working out in the gym when a homeless guy walked through the courtyard and came in. I still haven't moved because I've been too busy, but I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone. With things so dirty and outdated, it should cost half as much. I've lived in much nicer apartments with better upkeep and amenities for far less. All the photos attached were taken within the same 24 hours. Garbage as a doorstopper, really?

Front desk is good, management is on it, and maintenance is the best I've had in any building. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the elevators are always down. I figure maintenance may be slow everywhere with how crazy the world is now.

I've been really pleased with my two years here. For the money, it's an incredible property on this side of DTLA. The maintenance team is timely, and management has been empathetic and professional. I can't imagine moving elsewhere. Sereth has been here since I signed my first lease, through all the ups and downs of living in LA. Bryce is a pleasure to deal with and acts quickly on concerns. They both seem to have excellent leadership in Ambar.

I spent over five years living at the Met lofts and have only good things to say. It's a great location, the amenities are good, and it's always very clean. Amber, Bryce, and seret have been especially helpful and supportive lately. I highly recommend Met lofts!
