The location on Lassen is on a busy street, but my suite has been incredibly quiet and I’ve slept really well. The staff have been unbelievably polite every time I’ve called. I asked for a thinner pillow because the ones in the room were too big and hard for me, and they found one that’s perfect. The suite itself is lovely, with a living room, desk area, and a fully working kitchen with a large refrigerator. The bed is extremely comfortable. I brought my own food, so I haven’t tried breakfast, but they do provide coffee and a coffee maker for the room. I’m very happy here, love this place, and will come back again and again.
2/10
We booked a two-bedroom for our family of four for two nights, but left after just one because the stay was such a disappointment. The street outside is busy and noisy day and night, and the thin walls let in everything: people talking, doors slamming, running water, footsteps on the stairs, and cars coming and going all night. The breakfast buffet was limited, and the food quality was great. It seemed more about convenience than much else.

A very nice stay at The Sonesta Chatsworth. It was clean and quiet, and the employees were attentive.
10/10
The rooms feel like little apartments, and they’re beautiful. The whole facility is lovely too, with a nice gym, pool area, and a great breakfast. The coffee and water bar stays open 24/7. Good price, and I love the rooms. Highly recommend.
10/10
Our family of four stayed four nights in a recently updated two-bedroom suite, and the setup worked perfectly for us. We had two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. The rooms were comfortable and practical to use. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
