I didn’t feel safe staying here. Several cars and trucks had been broken into overnight, and I couldn’t understand how the front desk seemed to miss all of that. Inside, the lobby was fairly comfortable, but the air freshener was so heavy I could taste it, while the room itself still didn’t smell fresh. The HVAC also made a high pitched, irritating noise. Below average overall.

We took our two dogs along to Louisville, Kentucky, for the underground lights, which were absolutely amazing. The woman who checked us in was wonderful and, after we’d been told there were no rooms with two queen beds, she found three available options for us. The next day, the man at the desk wasn’t rude, but he didn’t have much of a welcoming or interested manner. Maybe he’s new or shy and just needs to come out of his shell.

I travel all year with a large team, and we’re usually too busy for much conversation with hotel staff. Kyle Duncan really stood out, though. He went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay.

I’m in hotels all the time for work, and this was one of my best stays in a long while. Kyle at the front desk was especially friendly and helped me with any problems I ran into.

The little kitchen in the room was great, and I’ve had a really good stay. Kyle was amazing and so helpful. I’ll definitely be back.
