Ernest checked us in with real professionalism and courtesy, and went above and beyond to find us the best rates. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and there was enough space for our family of five. Happy hour was great, the food was excellent, and breakfast was always good. Thanks again, Ernest. You were awesome and deserve a raise.

The room was clean, nice, and spacious, though it could use a few more outlets by the bed. Breakfast was great, with made-to-order omelets or regular eggs and freshly cooked bacon. We didn't use the pool, but guests should know it's limited to five people at a time for 30 minutes, requires advance reservations, and can only be used once a day. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was good, and there was plenty of well-lit parking. The hotel sits in a business area, though restaurants are nearby and the malls and shops aren't far. I also liked the indoor pool, fitness center, and atrium seating. What spoiled it for me was the plumbing: the sink backed up before slowly draining, and water leaked from the shower onto the floor, possibly through the door. There were also young kids screaming in the lobby a couple of times early in the morning. I like dogs, but I didn't enjoy sharing the elevator with several at once or seeing one sit in someone's lap at a dining table. There were quite a few dogs at this Embassy.

We hadn't visited this Embassy Suites in more than four years, and my husband and I loved the remodel. We usually come back because the service, food, and extras are good, even though many Embassy Suites could use a makeover. I hope this newly renovated one gives the others an example to follow. This time I was glad to leave a five-star review.
