Four Points by Sheraton Louisville Airport

We only stopped for the night. It’s a quiet area, and we were welcomed with a warm smile. The service was great and the rooms were nice. The microwave and fridge were a bit old, but that didn’t bother me. There’s free coffee, while breakfast costs $10 per person. We missed dinner at the restaurant, but there is one.

I spent two weeks here for work and had a great stay. The rooms had plenty of space, and the staff were friendly. Tim, the shuttle driver, was especially helpful and made my ride to work enjoyable. I liked talking with him, and it’s clear he cares about his job and his passengers. I think of him as a friend.

The rooms were very clean, and the front desk was super helpful with all our questions. Our shuttle driver, Mr. Tim, was a pleasure to talk to and so pleasant. I’d recommend Four Points and will definitely come back.

Thank you, Four Points! We had a big party for my child, from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m., and the staff were understanding, kind, and nice. They didn’t bother us about the number of guests or the noise before 11, which was fair. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool area was clean and well kept. There’s a full bar and food area, and a shout-out to the bartender. Logan helped us understand the rules and policies and got us what we needed when he could. Nick helped me book and was gracious about the number of people. I’ve traveled a lot, and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed at. It wasn’t the look of the place that made it special, it was the customer service from beginning to end. We’ll be back!
