The lobby was clean, but there was no hot water for showers. When I asked about it again nine hours later, the staff member said cold showers were good for you and that I should try one. She wasn't sympathetic or responsive to my concern. I won't stay here again.

The free breakfast had been canceled, and nobody explained why or offered anything meaningful in return, just the option to buy something at the little shop. I wouldn't have stayed if I'd known there'd be no breakfast. When we arrived during heavy snowfall, the AC was running full blast and the room took a while to warm up. The door also had to be pulled shut hard because it wouldn't close by itself.

The last morning, we woke up to a serious bathroom leak. Water dripped from the ceiling onto our belongings and flooded the floor. Earlier, after our daughter's volleyball tournament on the second day, we returned to find there was absolutely no hot water. The refrigerator was broken too, so all our food spoiled. When I raised this with the front desk, the woman was rude, condescending, and showed no sympathy. She offered only points for a future stay. When I asked if they could be applied to this stay, she said no, and that was all she could do. I asked her to check with management about other compensation, but she said they weren't on site and probably wouldn't answer because it was Sunday. This was by far the worst hotel stay I've had. I strongly recommend not staying here.

We paid for a room on February 5, 2026, for the night of February 14. When we got to Louisville around 2 p.m. on check-in day, the desk attendant said we couldn't get into the room until 3. She also said the paid room would be held until 2 a.m., so we could check in after our concert. We went straight to the hotel at midnight after the concert. The attendant told us someone was asleep in the room we'd paid for, and there were no other rooms available. We called around Louisville at midnight but couldn't find anywhere open. In the end, we drove four hours home because someone else was in the bed we'd paid for more than a week earlier. Absolutely terrible experience. Take your money somewhere else.
