For our soccer tournament, the location worked well, close to the fields and surrounded by things to do. The kids liked the pool and breakfast was good. Parking was one problem. The room was also 74 when we arrived, and even after leaving the AC on all night, it was still 71 when we came back.

We'd booked this for my daughter's 11th birthday, which fell on the weekend of the snowstorm. The room was spacious and clean, and I was happy with it. Check-in took a little longer because there was a problem with the key cards, though the staff member helping me was nice and professional. The pool being closed was the real disappointment. We were told its heating component wasn't working, so it had to shut down. We chose the hotel for the birthday celebration, and the pool is usually the highlight of that kind of party. Even so, the kids managed to enjoy themselves.

Kevin at the front desk made check-in easy and was so welcoming. The location was convenient, and both the room and the rest of the place were very clean. I'll stay again next time I'm in Louisville.

Home 2 suites has been the best hotel stay for me and my family. The general manager, the new sales rep and the other guy who's always here are so positive and helpful. Thanks, Home 2 suites. I really appreciate it, especially with my sister going through a hard time. I'll always be grateful and would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Anthony/Baxter at the front desk was the best person there, and deserves credit. The front desk woman didn't seem to care about our complaints. We wanted to swim, but the pool was full of loud kids all day, and it was noisy throughout our stay. There was hair all over the bathroom and our beds too. This was a pitiful hotel and I'm never staying again. 0/10, would never recommend.
