They were okay at first, but they don't give you time to pay for your room. The bathroom had mold and mildew, and I waited all day for washcloths and towels. They took my cash but didn't enter it in the computer, just put it in a bag, so there was no record of my payment. They put a family outside in the cold and rain. Their child got sick, had to go to the ER, and missed several days of school. ELIZABETH AND JUANITA ARE NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERKS. They keep harassing you.
4/10
Cheap room, but the bed cover was nasty. The bathroom area was cramped, had no vent fan, and there was a hole in the ceiling. Not many outlets for electronics. The AC quit in the middle of the night, and there wasn't any office staff around, even when I left. The hot water was great, as long as nobody flushed.
10/10
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. The price was affordable, and I'd be happy to stay here again.
2/10
The rooms were nasty, and the shower sprayed water everywhere. I didn't feel safe there at all. At $102 a night, I was considering sleeping in my truck. Keep your things locked up tight. I'll drive farther next time for somewhere nicer.

BEWARE. I booked a room during Masters week and arrived at 10:45 PM to check in, but the door had a CLOSED sign and nobody was there. In the 30 minutes I waited, four other people came by trying to check in or rent a room. This hotel feels like a SCAM, and I'm not even sure it's open. DO NOT book here if you need an actual room. Someone should investigate this place.
