We’re going through a very tight financial stretch, and Southern Springs Extended Stay’s affordable rates have been a real help to my husband and me. Since they’re renovating, the staff kindly moved us to one of the newer units. It has what we need and is immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches and good amenities. Our dog is welcome here, and we appreciate the designated dog area and the small pet fee. The staff have been kind and understanding since check-in, and we feel comfortable and safe here. Southern Springs Extended Stay has restored some of our faith in hospitality. We’re grateful for their care and would recommend it to anyone needing affordable long-term accommodations. I’ve enjoyed staying at Southern Springs. It’s the most affordable extended stay in Lubbock, and the hotel is quiet, clean, and pet friendly for a small weekly fee. The rooms are spacious and clean, too. The office staff are pleasant and respond quickly when something comes up. Big thanks to Susan, she does a great job.

Southern Springs is handy for groceries, discount stores, and fast food, all close by across the street. That can save you money on gas or rideshares. The staff are friendly, easy to talk to, and know the area well. They can give directions to clinics, businesses, and nearby small towns, which is useful if you’re visiting from elsewhere. After some of the other motels I’ve been to lately, stepping inside Southern Springs felt like a breath of fresh air. I’ll recommend it to friends and family traveling this way.

I’ve been staying here for five months, and the price, service, and respect have been hard to beat. Miss Susan is always professional and glad to help with issues. Miss Marie has a sweet personality and really knows customer service, and the manager, Miss Cindy, works hard and treats everyone fairly. All three women have treated me, a disabled veteran, with consistent respect throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone in the Lubbock area.
