The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and accommodating while I stayed here through the recent winter storm so I could get to work. The lot was very well lit, and the check-in attendant was especially welcoming when I had to arrive after 6 pm. Both check-in and check-out were quick and simple. If I need to stay near work again, I’ll definitely come back.

Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and I really liked having a proper shower instead of a tub with a shower head. I had a king room on the second level and everything was great. I called before arrival to ask them to turn on the heat, and the front desk person was very accommodating. I’ll stay here again.

For the price, this is the best place I’ve stayed in and around Luray, both for value and for the stay itself. It’s right in town, with lots of dining and entertainment within walking distance, and the room was clean, safe, and comfortable. Service at check-in was friendly. I booked with points and wasn’t expecting much after reading a few reviews, but I was quickly proved wrong. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

4/10
The breakfast and restaurant were an absolute delight, with clean surroundings, great service, and delicious food. There’s also a nice pizza place around the corner. The downside was the room: we turned down the first two because they smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and even the one we eventually took still had a moderate smoke smell. It felt like the restaurant was run by a different team.

The room had lots of space, a mini fridge and microwave, and the bed was comfortable with nice sheets. I appreciated the walk-in shower instead of a tub. It’s a short walk to Hawksbill Brewery, The Page Theater for a movie, and several good places to eat, including Asian Station, Chop House, and Gathering Grounds.
