The rooms smelled of marijuana, and Nicole said that because it’s legal here, it’s allowed to smell like marijuana indoors. There was visible smoke residue on the dirty walls, the rooms were very outdated and nothing like the pictures online, and they weren’t the bridge-view rooms they claimed to be. I asked for my money back almost immediately because of the room conditions, but the front desk refused. The front desk “manager” Nicole was extremely rude and loud with us, hung up on us, and was constantly outside smoking cigarettes at a “100% smoke free” facility. After speaking with corporate several times and finally reaching a live agent, I’ll never stay at another Wyndham property.

The shuttle from the hotel to the island was quick, and breakfast was pleasant, especially thanks to the young man working that morning. Check-in was extremely fast, and the woman at the desk was nice to chat with.

The room was dirty, and our floor reeked of weed. With two kids, I couldn’t accept having to sleep there for more than $200 a night. Management refused to let us check out and get a refund after we saw the room, and told us to “dispute it with our bank.” She also wouldn’t let us speak with management. Wyndham customer service was AI and just sent me in circles. Worst experience of my life.

The customer service was excellent, but the room was a dump, with cobwebs, rust, and more. This place is a hole in the wall, and I wouldn’t waste my hard-earned money staying here.
