Shaila at the front desk made check-in feel warm and easy. She was friendly, professional, and kind, and her positive attitude set a great tone for my stay. Everything else, from the room to the general atmosphere, was wonderful too. I really appreciated the service and will be back. Highly recommend!

Shaila was bubbly and always eager to greet us, and she knew the area well enough to suggest things to do around Madera, California. My family and I don't often receive this kind of care when we travel, so her thoughtfulness really stood out. She was professional and treated us with so much care that it’s hard to put into words. I keep coming back to this hotel when I'm in Madera. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, the place is clean and secure, and it's clearly well managed. Bo, the manager, goes above and beyond and makes me feel valued. Shayla stays hospitable and professional even when it's busy, while Anna is cheerful and capable even when I'm cranky. I highly recommend staying here.

The rooms have plenty of space and housekeeping cleans them every day. The staff are always friendly and kind, and Shaila especially stood out for her polite manner and great service. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel in Madera.
