Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison

We’ve been given a grant to stay at Best Western Inn Towner while my husband has treatments at the University Hospital down the road during the week. The staff have been so kind, flexible, and accommodating, including when his treatment finished early on Monday. The rooms are very comfortable, and the continental breakfast is amazing. There’s just a little construction in the hallways and front lobby. There’s also plenty of handicapped parking, and the hotel is accessible.

For the three years we’ve been coming for Transplant Clinic, or when an illness unexpectedly turns a two-day stay into five, we haven’t stayed anywhere else. They’ve been very accommodating with all our needs. The location is right in the middle of everything, and the beds and pillows are the best. There’s good food and dinner room service, too. This is the BEST place to stay for U of W Clinics!!!

I was in town for surgery at the hospital, and we’ll be back. The hotel is being renovated, but what stood out was the temporary front desk rep. He was compassionate and kind, and managed to get us in a little early. I hope the gentleman working at noon on 1-15-26 gets the recognition he deserves.

If you’re here for a loved one at the hospital, the rides there are a big relief, especially if you hate driving in a big city. The rooms aren’t affected by the work, and breakfast in the main room is good. As of December 2025, the main areas are under construction, but it hasn’t gotten in the way of service. They’re making the best of it.
