Fairway Overnight & Extended Stay

We spent almost three months at The Fairway with our dogs while our house was being finished. The fenced-in dog area was a huge help for exercising them, and our newly decorated room was attractive, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had every convenience. The owners and staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were so warm. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would recommend it for a short visit or a long stay. We’re grateful for such a lovely “home away from home” experience.

We were traveling through Maine and spent two nights here. The kitchenette was great, with a nice modern stove, fridge, and sink, and there’s also a pool and free Wi-Fi. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a homey feel that was more like staying at a friend’s house than a motel. My husband especially liked the firm, comfortable beds. He slept well, which isn’t usually the case for him, even in upscale hotels. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it as a vacation choice for travelers.

I’ve stayed here as a paying guest for over 25 years, and the same owners have been there the whole time. They’re now passing it down to their offspring. It’s a clean, courteous, kind place in Maine, and the convenience is great. This is a housekeeping unit. Visiting nurses often stay month after month, so you’re lucky if you can get a spot. It works for road crews, people with boats and trailers, and golfers, though I don’t do any of that and still keep coming back. Love, Deb.

I’ve been here for two years, and the place is amazing. The owners and management are really nice and do a great job keeping it nice. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.
