The Ambassador Inn and Luxury

The room was clean and the people were nice. The receptionist said my curly hair looked good, which was sweet. I'd definitely come back. 10/10.

We came down for Bonnaroo and ended up leaving almost immediately. The rooms my friends tried were filthy, with roach powder caked around, traps everywhere, used bars of soap, stains and cigarette burns. There were roaches and other bugs, too. The photos attached don't show even half of it. We were there for no more than 20 minutes and have been trying to get a refund for almost a month. The “manager” yelled and swore at us on the phone, called us liars and scammers, said we'd never get our money back, then hung up. They won't answer now. The price doesn't make this worth it. Please don't waste your time. This place needs to be shut down.

I got sick during Bonnaroo and came over from my camp. The staff were helpful and extremely nice the whole time, from when I arrived until I left. The room had a fridge, shower, good A/C, and a TV with lots of channels. It had what I needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff here are wonderful, but there are serious problems with how the owner handles things. He accepted me and my dogs, then told me I had to leave over an issue that wasn't my fault. A maintenance man with red hair, who was extremely nice, explained they had to tear up the floors in another room because of someone else's dogs. I was told to leave because of that, then later told I could stay. Another resident's dogs were loose without leashes and attacked my dog, who was on a leash. I was told I would have to leave, so I should have just gone then. If you're not a favored guest, this may not be the place for you. My toilet was clogged and the owner wouldn't give me a plunger. I couldn't afford to buy one, and days later another resident brought one to me, not staff. I also asked for a carpet cleaner and wasn't allowed to use one. Mattress covers don't get changed, and the rooms have roaches and don't feel very sanitary. The motel has a lot of potential, but the owner seems to pick favorites, or something somewhere isn't right.
