Extended Stay America Suites Atlanta Kennesaw Town Center

The location works well for me since it's not far from where I plan to move. I've enjoyed my stay so far, though I wish the rooms were cleaner. I'm a type A person and pretty meticulous about cleaning standards. The service has been phenomenal. Gigi and the other staff at the desk are always welcoming and friendly when I stop by. I'd come back for the customer service alone. 🤗

I was panicking when the cab I had called never arrived for a really important doctor's appointment. The manager saw how distressed I was and went out of her way to call an UBER for me. She was amazing, and so are the employees here. Everyone at 3000 George Busbee Parkway, Kennesaw, GA has always been kind and helpful. I'm incredibly happy with the hotel and staff. THEY ALL DESERVE AN ENORMOUS RAISE!!! Thank you, ESA, KENNESAW, for making my stay feel like home!

We stayed one night and booked another ESA on Chastain Road instead. That place was much cleaner and had nice rooms. My wife had just had a baby, and we only wanted a clean, safe place for the night. At this location the outside and hallways were filthy and smelled bad, and the elevator was nasty. People were sleeping in the hallway. The staff were rude, and our room was dirty too. Dust covered the lamps, the microwave didn't work, the bed was hard and had hair in it. The bathroom was clean, at least.

Gigi helped me sort out a problem with my booking, and I really appreciated the care she showed throughout. She was enthusiastic, professional, kind, and made me feel welcome and valued. Service like that is rare. Thank you, Gigi!
