Wingate by Wyndham St. Louis Airport

I feel safe staying here, which matters a lot to me as a woman traveling for work. The rooms are quiet, clean, and nice, and the parking and free breakfast are good too. I've had pleasant experiences with all the staff, especially Ayannah. My one issue was with Sean, the new manager. I made a simple request and he cut me off, which felt unfriendly. Before that last visit, the service had always been warm and kind. Aside from Sean, I had an awesome stay.

The lot is secured, and the shuttle driver was helpful about where I could park my truck. Still, the parking area is really tight for a truck, even though the website advertises truck parking. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage, and the staff were friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable. This feels like an average hotel that you're paying more for because it's by the airport. Without that location, I'd say it's worth $80 at most.

I stayed here before flying out of Lambert and again when I got back. My return flight landed at 1:30 a.m., technically the morning, and I was so glad to get back to that bed. The mattress, bedding, and pillows were incredibly comfortable. After the first night, I was really looking forward to sleeping there again. It honestly felt like coming home, no exaggeration. I may contact them to ask what brand the mattress and pillows are so I can get them for home. The hotel was lovely and felt secure. My room was very clean and well-appointed, and the staff were professional, kind, helpful, and understanding. To everyone at the Wingate by Wyndham St. Louis Lambert Airport, thank you so much.

Ayannaah was wonderful when I needed help with check-in. She made me feel at home and like a valued customer. The airport shuttle was great too, and the staff were top notch. Fantastic stay!
