Hampton Inn & Suites Ludington, Mi

We got three rooms for our daughter's birthday, mainly because the brand-new pool was the reason we chose this hotel. Nobody told us the pool was closed. One room's key cards wouldn't work, so they put us down the hall from the party. The AC in that room leaked all over the electrical box and floor, so we had to move again, this time to the third floor. I understand new hotels can have issues, but we paid full price and, after all those problems, weren't offered anything. We won't be back or recommend it.

I really enjoyed my time here. The hotel is clean, has a beautiful modern design, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I'd definitely recommend it!
