We had a really good stay at this great hotel. The staff were very helpful, and I’ll definitely book here again!

There was no fridge or microwave in the room, and in this two-bedroom setup, none of the main room lights worked. Only the restroom and sink area lights came on. An extension cord ran from the sink area to the TV, and the other outlets didn’t work either. The electric AC unit had confusing dial settings, so it was hard to tell what setting I was choosing.

The rooms could use upgrades and a few repairs, but for Motel 6, you get what you pay for, and this one feels worth every cent and then some. What stood out most was the service. Nearly every time I went to the office, a different person greeted me, and they were all polite and made sure I had what I needed before I headed back to my room.

It’s a bit run down, and the TV doesn’t always work. Still, it’s pet friendly and in a great spot, with easy access to and from the highway.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in RGV. Clean rooms and great customer service, 10/10.
