Our room was much larger and nicer than expected, with easy access to where we had parked, so loading the vehicles the next morning was simple. We stopped overnight because there was enough room to park our caravan. That evening, the woman at the counter, who works for Hilton corporate helping new locations get started, had a nice conversation with us about our travels. Breakfast had a favorite item that actually runs out before serving ends. I can't remember what it was, so get there early. My wife and I trust Hilton a lot.

Andre at the front desk made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. He was friendly, professional, and helped with everything. Wendy from housekeeping was just as lovely, keeping the room spotless every day and working so hard. We felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. We enjoyed it so much that we're planning to book again in November with our whole family and wedding party for our big day.

Chuck and Tonya helped make our stay pleasant. The room was cozy and breakfast was decent, but on the third day we asked for room service and the gentleman forgot to make sure it happened. When I brought it up on the day we left, he said it was on the cleaning schedule, which really bothered me. The night before, when we saw that it hadn't been cleaned, Chuck kindly brought us a trash bag and fresh towels. Thanks to Chuck and Tonya.

The room was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. It's fairly close to the highway, so ask for a room near the lobby. Both men at the front desk were very nice, the one who checked me in around 4:00 p.m. on 2/09/26 and the one who checked me out at 6:00 a.m. on 2/10/26. I'll stay there again on my next trip.

The room was clean and had the amenities we needed, but the accessible bathroom was missing key features. There was a standard toilet with no rails, and the fairly large shower had one vertical bar but no horizontal bar or bench or seat. How is an 85 year old woman supposed to manage in that room? The young man at the front desk said they didn't have shower chairs or stools. Had we known, we wouldn't have stayed. Sadly, this isn't the level of service I've come to expect from the Hilton brand.
