Denizen Hotel

Karen helped us at checkout, as she has on several of my stays, and we also met Tony. We needed to weigh our luggage, and Tony went out of his way to track down a scale. Karen chatted with me and took the time to learn a little about me, and I got to know her too. Those thoughtful touches make this hotel stand out. I’m in McKinney for work every other month, and the Denizen’s location is a big plus, close to restaurants and the places I need to go. We shop for groceries for the week, and the in-room amenities make that easy. There’s a fridge! We usually book the executive king suite, which is great, though I’ve also stayed in a regular king room. It’s smaller but still comfortable, with everything I needed and a medium-sized fridge. The lobby is a nice place to meet a friend for wine, with plenty of seating and grab-and-go food nearby.

Having a full-sized fridge in the room was great for keeping food and drinks for our event. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were helpful. Karen made our early check-in easy and stress-free. We had a great stay at Denizen Hotel McKinney, definitely a 5/5, and would recommend it.

Reservations were a little difficult at first, but the staff worked it out with a smile, even though I was part of the trouble. Thanks to Donny, Connie and Karen for being so accommodating. The hotel has a modern feel, nice accents, and a subtle golf theme, fitting for a place close to Craig's Ranch.

We’ll be booking here again when we plan our next trip, since there was more we wanted to do. We stayed three nights and loved how clean and beautiful the room was. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Aaron, Karen, and the cleaning staff were all really nice and attentive. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
