Naketa, Dre, Sharkesha, Deborah, Florance, and Mr. Williams made my stay at Extended Stay Germantown West feel welcoming and comfortable. I especially appreciated how the day staff handled every interaction with patience and kindness, whether I needed help or just got a friendly smile. They clearly care about their work and the people staying there. The place felt more like home because of their warm, professional manner. Thank you to this hardworking core staff for making such a difference. I'd gladly recommend this location to anyone looking for more than just a room.

Killishia at the Front Desk even called my room after check-in to welcome me and make sure I was happy with the accommodations. After years in the industry, that really surprised me in the best way. She was calm and welcoming from the start, and the GM, Nakita, was professional and thorough. Both were pleasant, inviting, and accommodating. KUDOS to them!

The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel sits in a nice, quiet area. I wish I could give it five stars, but the evening front desk agent, D., made check-in feel sour. She got me checked in, but the way she spoke to me came across as condescending and a little rude. Both her manner of addressing me and her directions through the process felt like she was talking down to me. A better check-in would have made this a perfect stay.

Each morning the staff had coffee, tea, and grits available, which was a nice gesture, though it wasn't a full breakfast. The hotel is handy for getting around and reasonably priced for an extended stay. My room was comfortable enough for my basic needs, and the refrigerator worked, though I had to use its freezer section to keep things cool. There were a few small roaches during my stay, possibly from a neighboring room, and the stove in my unit didn't work. I also noticed a strong odor in the hall when I got off the elevator, but I couldn't tell where it came from. With some upkeep and continued focus on cleanliness, the property has potential.
