A clean, comfortable hotel with a great staff and a lovely price. It’s quite a way from downtown, but Lee at the front desk deserves a shoutout.

We had a very pleasant business stay at Southwind Sheraton Memphis, about 20 mins. from downtown Memphis. Our room was very clean, and Shawn at the front desk gave us excellent service, including arranging the 4th floor as my hubby requested. Tony, the evening hotel manager, was also very nice and came by the bar to joke and kid around with everyone.

The beds were firm but comfortable, and the place was very clean. Breakfast was really good and made to order. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stopped here on our first night driving from Texas to NYC. We’re a family of 5, and the average room suited us fairly well. The staff were accommodating and took care of our requests, which moved my impression of the place from average to good.

Getting in and out of the location is a real pain. The rooms seemed freshly redone and were clean, though they still have an older feel. Our TV wasn't working, and apparently all of them had just been replaced. My wife went downstairs, then Felicia came up to check it. She went back down and returned with a key to another room, where she'd made sure the TV worked. She even offered to help carry our bags over. A+ service.
