Charita S. made my Memphis visit smooth and comfortable. She was professional, friendly, and paid attention to the details. It's refreshing to meet someone who takes pride in providing good service. I had a fantastic stay, and appreciate how seamless she made everything.

We had bites all over by day two, even though the room seemed very clean at first and smelled good. I'm convinced the place is infested with bed bugs. My wife and I had to ditch our clothes and luggage because we were afraid of bringing them home. This is disgusting, and the hotel should be reported to the state and sprayed everywhere. I'll never stay here again. Check-in went smoothly, but the website said parking was free. When we arrived, parking on the property cost $45 for our four-day stay, so I had to hunt for a spot on the street in a sketchy neighborhood. The valet was the only way to park onsite. I saw him drive aggressively, take corners hard, and slam doors, so I was glad I waited and found my own spot. We just walked or used Uber to get where we needed to go.

Holly and her team made everything easy for our college group, from booking through checkout. We came with a charter bus full of students to visit the National Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, and downtown Memphis, and the hotel worked really well for those stops. The front desk staff were welcoming and kind, the rooms were clean and quiet, and breakfast was good. We'd absolutely come back.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and staff from management to support were great. But the parking lot is ridiculously small for such a large hotel, so you're forced to park on the street. If you arrive late, good luck finding a space nearby. You could end up walking through dark back alleys and streets to reach the hotel. I tried this place once, but I'll go back to my usual local hotel instead.
