Emilio, the guest service agent, was knowledgeable, calm, and helpful. A real gem. Our recently renovated room was nice and truly clean. I don't usually review hotels, but he deserved one. I'd definitely stay here again.

It was especially impressive for the price I paid. The hotel is centrally located but quiet, the staff are friendly, and everything was very clean. They allow dogs, which worked well for my needs, and the breakfast had a nice variety. I'd definitely recommend joining Best Western Rewards.

The breakfast was hot with plenty of good options, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for where it's located. We liked the clean rooms and sheets, the friendly, helpful front desk staff, and the pool and hot tub. We'd stay again.

The location worked perfectly for nearby food and shopping, and the service was wonderful. Staff were helpful and kept the noise down while cleaning near my room after I told them I had to do work training there. They even brought me extra coffee pods to help me focus. Everything about this hotel was great.

There's a large WINCO nearby and eateries close to the hotel, just off the I-84/Kuna exit. The price was reasonable, the room and linens were clean, and it had a coffee maker and small fridge, though no freezer compartment for refreezing ice packs. The breakfast was especially good for a hotel in this price range, with breads, eggs, potatoes, sausage, juices, waffles, yogurt, cereals, and more. The breakfast attendant and front desk were good too. Well worth staying at while traveling or hosting visitors.
