Purple Porpoise at Cape Crossing Marina Resort - Three Bedroom Condo

We booked through Priceline for one night, and it showed a 9.1 rating. After giving the place one star, that rating still hadn't changed, which makes me wary of booking through them. We were in building 8, a townhome that shouldn't be listed as a place to stay. There was no AC, the fridge wasn't cold, so we had to put our things in the freezer. The place was dirty, with stained furniture and splashes on the walls. The pull-out couch frame gave way when you sat on it. We saw German cockroaches inside and out. I'd never stay here again. Thank goodness it was only one night.

My family and I had an amazing six-night stay. The Marina is beautiful, and the restaurant has the best daiquiris you can order. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Lacey cleaned our place and was so sweet, going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. She also suggested places to eat and see before we left. She was just amazing.

I'm late getting this review in, but wanted to make sure I finally did. I stayed at Cape Crossing the night before leaving on a cruise. Ms. Dionne greeted me so warmly and shared lots of useful information and local recommendations. She told me her name was Dionne, like Dionne Warwick. The property was nice and clean, and she went out of her way for my crew. I hope she hears how excellent her service was.

My family needed somewhere to stay right away during an emergency. I called and spoke with a sweet young woman who tried to help, but her computer wasn't cooperating, so she asked her associate David to get in touch. He was very understanding and sympathetic, and had us booked into a gorgeous townhouse with a garage within minutes. It was perfect, clean, in a fantastic location, and exactly what we needed. The price was great. Everyone we dealt with was positive from the first phone call through checkout. They'll be the first people we call next time we're staying in the area for a cruise.
