Delano South Beach

Daisy made our evening memorable. Our group wasn’t the easiest to look after, but she managed us with warmth, humor, professionalism, and real grace. She made us feel welcome, stayed attentive without hovering, and lifted the whole experience. It’s clear Daisy knows how to connect with people and make them feel cared for. We all left impressed. Delano is lucky to have her on the team. Thank you, Daisy.

We chose the hotel for a staycation with the kids. The beach and pool chairs were great, and the hotel is beautifully designed and well located. But the service was a mess. There was just one towel for four of us, and when we asked for more, they still brought too few. We asked to speak with a manager about a late checkout and got no reply even five hours later. There were no shower facilities, and at checkout they tried to charge us for the room twice. The problems kept piling up. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to have things together.

Got to spend a night here and had a blast. This is an iconic Miami Beach hotel, and the pool bar made for a wonderful evening too. Good vibes.

We’re glad we stayed at the newly renovated Delano. The location in the Miami Beach area is amazing, the pool was spectacular, and the beachfront was beautiful. The rooms and amenities were carefully done, and I highly recommend staying here. The team made the stay even better. Jeremy at the pool bar, Tanya at the pool, and Ethan and Thomas at the beach all took good care of us. Every Delano team member we dealt with made sure we were looked after, and they really took our visit to another level. Don’t miss Mimi Kakushi on the 4th floor. The food is amazing, and the drinks are the best and most creative in town. We’ll be back and look forward to another stay.
