Henry greeted us when my family and I arrived for a night before our cruise. We were early for check-in, but he made sure we were comfortable and let us freshen up and use the facilities while we waited. He handled our requests with ease and professionalism, and the service was great from start to finish. The rooms were great, and the location even better, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and eateries. Breakfast is included to get your day started. I’d recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay for the night. Thanks for having us!

Henry was really nice at check-in for our large group, four rooms all together on the same floor. Kevon greeted us curbside with a warm smile and helped with our bags. They also gave us useful suggestions for places to eat and park. The place is super close to the beach. The bathrooms are very small, my one complaint, but everything else was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay at South Beach.

The rooftop pool was a great place to relax, and I loved the little lobby bar. I met Sebastian, the bartender, who clearly knows his craft and made great drinks. I really enjoyed my stay at the President Hotel and would definitely come back.

The staff made this hotel for us. On our two separate check-ins during our Miami stay, Mike was friendly and efficient the first time, and Henry was just as helpful and welcoming the second. We also found the rooms clean, check-in quick, and breakfast and a welcome drink included. The location was fantastic, and we’ll make this our regular hotel when we’re back in Miami.

Henry at the front desk really made my trip. He was warm and welcoming, helped with directions and local suggestions, and made sure I had what I needed. The President Hotel is also in a great spot, close to the beach and all the fun around South Beach. My room was cozy and clean, and breakfast was solid. I had an awesome stay, thanks, Henry!
