The bed was big and very comfortable, and it was quiet enough that we didn’t hear street noise. The room was small but worked for us, with a decent, quiet fridge and windows that opened. The air conditioning wasn’t too loud either. Getting in with a door code was straightforward, and communication went smoothly. The location is excellent, just a few minutes on foot from Ocean Drive and the beach. We were surprised by how much we liked it despite the mixed reviews, and would stay again. Cleanliness needs work, especially in the bathroom, and there was no toilet brush. Room service was supposed to be available, but we didn’t get any. The room could be bigger, and hallway noise from neighbors and slamming doors carried inside.

The property manager was kind and happened to be walking by, so he let us in and called someone to help with the door codes. We’d never received check-in details through Chase Travel. The apartment itself was small and falling apart, with fixtures that weren’t securely attached to the walls. We had booked two separate weekend stays around a cruise, but canceled the second after this experience. I wouldn’t book here again.

After a long day, coming back to a cool, comfortable room was just what I needed. Check-in was easy, and the email instructions were clear. I had a great day and will be back in the future. Absolutely love this place!

Brittani did a fantastic job as manager, and Elly, our host, even arranged the airport pickup and drop-off. We stayed in the four bedroom villa, which met all our expectations. The rooms, living area, and kitchen looked just like the photos, and the ocean is only one block away. We’ll book again soon!

We loved being able to walk to the beach in under three minutes each morning. The full kitchen made breakfast simple, and the gym was surprisingly well equipped; we went a couple of times. Brittani met us at check-in and explained everything, while Elly arranged a fantastic private chef dinner in the condo and took care of our jet ski rentals. We spent a long weekend here with my husband and had a 10/10 stay.
