The service was attentive and polite, and the hotel is right in the middle of town. I stayed in the PH, which was stunning, with a beautiful entertainment area upstairs, a large bedroom, and a huge his and hers bathroom. The elevator has an old world elegance to it.

We stayed one night before our cruise. The location was great, with breakfast and coffee just a short walk away. The room was clean, check-in was quick, and the service was excellent and very nice.

I walked in, saw what they were calling a room, and left right away. The listing was nothing like the photos. It looked like a construction site with dust, noise, and mess, and I’ve seen cleaner abandoned buildings. The bathroom and beds were untouched because there was no way I’d stay in a filthy, half-finished room. I sent clear photos showing its condition, but they still tried to avoid giving me a refund. The place was disgusting, and they were dishonest about it too. I had to spend a lot on another hotel at the last minute because this room was completely uninhabitable. Save yourself the stress and expense. This place shouldn’t even be open.

The room was clean and comfortable, and that shower was great. The hotel doesn't look like much from outside, but inside it was better than I expected. The location worked perfectly for going out at night and getting to the port. I'd stay again.
